Local CPA Earns Master of Business Administration (Press Release, 5/28/09)

Ted Collins, Managing Director, Exit Transition Strategies LLC, has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Chapman University, Argyros School of Business.

Collins has been licensed to practice as a CPA since 1997. He also received the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Collins conducts appraisals and valuations in preparation for the purchase/sale of a business, buy-sell agreements, estate and gift tax planning, and succession planning. He has performed valuations for a wide range of businesses, including manufacturers, distributors, and service companies.

Exit Transition Strategies LLC, helps business owners of privately-held companies to plan for a successful exit from their business.
