Carl Pon, Managing Director with Exit Transition Strategies LLC, has worked with business owners navigating their business from start up to sale of their investment. For over 25 years, he has worked as a CPA providing advice dealing with business, finance, tax and accounting issues. For the last 10 years, he has also been providing valuation consulting services, helping owners determine, manage, and harvest the value of their business. Carl has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and a M.S. in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and has been Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of CPAs. He has been featured as a panelist in several Presidents' Forum events sponsored by The Entrepreneurship Institute.
